Originally ordered a L and it was a snug fit (mainly around the arms) so we were able to exchange for a XL which was more loose (could fit a thermal underneath)

My purchase went very smoothly and I was given s bonus as the incorrect motif was printed but this was given to me as a 'bonus' which was a lovely gesture. The t-shirt is a present for my daughter-in-law who works as a social worker in Calgary Alberta with vulnerable mum's, so I know the t-shirt will be worn with pride. A very high quality garment and the printing is clear and perfectly coloured.
